Royal Falcon Hotel – Hotel near airport in Dubai

The hotel offers very nice rooms with free Wi-Fi, which made my stay more comfortable. However, there was an unpleasant smell in the rooms, and I had to change rooms multiple times due to issues with Wi-Fi and AC. Reception staff were not very accommodating in resolving these issues.

The hotel staff were polite and helpful, but there were issues with the rooms that required multiple changes. The Wi-Fi and AC were not functional on the 6th floor, leading to an uncomfortable experience. However, the staff eventually shifted me to a suite room. On the downside, there was a lack of tonic waters in the premises.

The hotel is located close to a metro station, making it convenient for transportation, and has various facilities nearby. The rooms had some issues with Wi-Fi and AC, but eventually, I was moved to a suite room. The service was decent but could improve in certain areas.

The hotel rooms looked nothing like the pictures and need proper cleaning, especially the washrooms. Although inspected, there was still a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The service could benefit from additional training to enhance the hospitality experience. The location is convenient, being close to the metro and various restaurants. The dining experience needs improvement but is satisfactory. Overall, there are some drawbacks but also positives to consider before booking.
